Managing Your Booking and Preparing Your Tickets

Ticket Preparation - 1 QR Code = 1 Person

• Print or Digital Tickets: Ensure your tickets are either printed out or saved on your smartphone for easy access at the gate.
  
  
• Group Bookings: Each person attending with you will require a ticket which will have a unique QR code. You must have a QR code per person within your booking. If you are a group of x10, you should have x10 QR codes. 
  
  

Sharing Tickets

• Sending Tickets: If you're attending with friends or family who need their own tickets, make sure to share them digitally in advance.
  
  
• Group Coordination: Coordinate meeting points and entry times with your group to ensure everyone arrives on time.
  
  

Identification and Entry Requirements

• Personal Identification: Bring a valid ID, especially if required for age verification.
  
  
• Special Requirements: Check if there are any specific entry requirements or documents needed for your event. You can find out more in the Terms & Conditions.

• By email: All tickets are sent automatically by email. When looking for your email, please search "perth-races"
  
  
• Sign in to your account: If you are an account holder, please sign in to view / manage your tickets
  
  
• By booking number: When making your purchase you will be given a booking number, if you take note of this number, you can use it to search for your email with your tickets
  
  
• Contact the team: Our customer care team are available to help, should you not receive or be able to locate your tickets, please contact our office on 01738 551597
  
  

Please do not present the "Welcome" email that is sent to all ticket holders with important information, in the run up to the event, This is NOT your ticket for entry.  

Whether you are a Racecourse member, hosptality guest or general entry ticket holder, all enclosure gates will have staff members ready to scan your QR code.

We want all of our customer's to have awonderful experience and enter our course as quickly and as smoothly as possible - you can help us achieve this;

• Pre-download your QR code ready for scanning.
  
  
• Have your booking email open and ready to show our staff before you join the queue.
  
  
• Make sure you are not presenting a shuttle bus ticket - this will delay your entry. 

If you have not bought tickets online, you may be able to puchase tickets for general entry on the day. These can be purchased at our turnstile gates either by cash or card.

However, on the day tickets are subject to availability, so we strongly recommend that you buy in advance online. Should an event sell out or reach the maximum capacity, you will not be able to purchase an entry ticket on arrival.

Please check if the event is sold out or not prior to travelling.
