Our customer care team are on hand to provide assistance when necessary and required. At the ticketing counter there is a portable induction loop. This facility can be used by switching a hearing aid to the ‘T’ switch.

On course

We have endeavoured where possible to provide access for wheelchairs, mobility scooters and pushchairs around the Grandstand Enclosure. The majority of the Grandstand Enclosure is on tarmac, with trackside being on grass.

The Picnic Enclosure is exclusively grass.

The Galileo Restaurant, Cafe 1613 and all bars have full wheelchair access, and lifts where necessary. We have a number of raised wheelchair platforms trackside and by Parade Ring for viewing.

Toilets

Within the Grandstand Enclosure, there are 3 accessible toilet facilities. One located by the The Barn, and another located in the Betting Hall. These are not key controlled.

The third accessible toilet is located by the Press Room. This is key controlled. The key can be obtained from the Racecourse office just a few doors down by the Parade Ring.

Within the Picnic Enclosure which is open on Ladies Day and weekend fixtures only, there is an accessible toilet beside the main public toilet block.

Guide Dogs

Guide Dogs are always welcome, and we are happy to provide a bowl of water for your hard-working companion throughout the day.

Betting

Within the Betting Hall there are two accessible level betting kiosks with the Tote and William Hill.

Hospitality boxes & restaurants

All hospitality packages can accommodate those with additional requirements. However, unfortunately, the Upper Dewhurst Boxes and 1908 are not accessible to wheelchair or mobility scooter users.

It is advisable to speak with the Sales Manager so that they may advise on any specific limitations or available adaptations.
